Forme Tour

The Forme Tour was created in 2021 in response to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. The men's professional golf tour played in the United States to provide competition for non-Canadian PGA Tour Canada members. The Forme Tour held eight tournaments, and turned to Malcolm DeMille to create awards for the champion of each event. Utilizing our popular Trophy Trays, Malcolm DeMille created a 2D aluwhite casting of the sponsors' logo, filled it with color epoxy, affixed it to a 14" Deluxe Handled Tray, and finished off the prize by engraving each event name and Champion.
