Forest Hill Field Club Perpetual Plaque

Forest Hill Field Club wanted a display that recognized the past recipients of their Joe Purcell Award. After deciding a perpetual plaque was the way to do so Malcolm DeMille crafted a 10.5” x 13” walnut plaque with 21 nickel plates that could be engraved with past winners. It also featured an ornate cast banner engraved with the Tournament information. Draped over the top of the plaque is a flat satin nickel medal, color filled with blue epoxy, and attached to a matching blue ribbon. This medal is also gifted to the recipient of the Joe Purcell Award.
