John Deere wanted to tie their yearly awards to the long standing history of the company. The “Platinum Plow” is based on the original steel plow that John Deere used to carve his way into history. Top modern day sales staff members take home a piece of history while leaving their names on the perpetual for all to see. The award is made out of bronze with a colored patina to simulate wood, dirt and steel.
